The Notary Forms Are Important
W hen you need to have a document notarized, you must be clear about which of the notary forms are required. Typically the author of the document will include the appropriate wording in the document text.If there is no notarial wording, you must choose which form to use. We cannot advise you on your choice. If you do not know what type of notarial certificate your document requires, please contact the author of the document, or the document recipient, and have them advise you regarding what type of form you should use.
